1. We aren’t a usual travel agency. We develop hand-made tours turning into travelling with your friends. We choose the itineraries that are interesting for ourselves sharing something that is really important for us. We explore wild nature plunging into real rural life. Our tours are unique and you’ll remember them forever.
2. We have a flair for everything interesting. We create guide-books on South Ossetia and Nagorno-Karabakh. Due to that, we developed a special sense and method of searching interesting places and extraordinary people personifying the national spirit of that country.
3. We travel with pleasure. We never walk if we can drive. We never carry heavy backpacks if we can have the light ones. We never put up a tent if we can stay at a hospitable village home-place. And one more important thing: we never have tinned meat or other surrogates. If we want some meat we find and cook wild fowl.
4. We are the ones you can trust. We are ordinary people that aren’t restricted with any dury regulations or large companies. We take all the responsibility for the group and the tour. It’s quite important for us that every new person travelling with us discover something new and come back home much happier and more amused.
About the region
The Caucasus is a complicated phenomenon. It is geographically bound by the Greater Caucasus Mountain Ridge in the North and the borders of Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan in the South but you can argue a lot on its civilized borders. There’re about twelve republics in this territory and three of them aren’t recognized by UNO and only six of them are parts of the Russian Federation. A lot of different national with their unique history, difficult fortune and original culture live in the Caucasus. They are all united with one Caucasian culture but you can hardly distinguish the basic traits of it. It’s not Europe or Asia; it’s a unique civilization that was absorbing the most different traits of surrounding age-long cultures including the Scythians, Ancient Greece, Arabic culture, the Mongols, Byzantium, Persia, Western Europe, Turkey, Russia and others. About the project
The Caucasus is a colorful exotic world where lots of different nations live side by side and each of them has its own complicated and original history. The thirst for adventure and knowledge brought us here, to the wild mountains, the last refuge of traditional cultures. For several years of our Caucasus travels, we have visited the most beautiful and amazing places, learned a lot of new things and met interesting people… Now we’d like to share our experience with you. We have unique routes, which has already become classic and combine contacting with nature and exposure to culture, physical activity and peaceful rest.
